2021 activities

1. The International Conference on Advanced Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Sustainable Development 2021 (AMAS2021) was held in Ha Long bay on November 4–7, 2021 to mark the 55th Anniversary of the Hung Yen University of Technology and Education. This event was considered a Special Edition International Conference on Material, Machines, and Methods for Sustainable Development (MMMS2021) and the selected papers will be published in the Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering (LNME), which is indexed in SCOPUS. The event is hosted by Hung Yen University of Technology and Education (UTEHY) in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Science Editing (VASE), Kyungpook National University (KNU-Korea), Sun Moon University (SMU-Korea), Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT-Japan), Feng Chia University (FCU-Taiwan), National Central University (NCU-Taiwan), National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (NKUST-Taiwan), and the Council of Asian Science Editors (CASE).2. In collaboration with the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), the AUN/SEED-Net Joint Regional Conference in Transportation, Energy and Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering (RCTEMME2021) was held on December 10-12, 2021; http://rctemme2021.hust.edu.vn.3. In collaboration with the Thai Nguyen Technical University, the 4th International Conference on Engineering Research and Applications – ICERA 2021, was held on December 1–3, 2021.4. Participation in the activities of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) and other Vietnamese associations.5. Participation in different delegations for accrediting the quality of education in universities and training programs.6. The VASE annual meeting will be moved to January 2022 due to important objective conditions.

2022 activities

1. In January (or February) 2022: The general congress of the second period of the VASE will be organized – Tentatively submit the document to establish a Journal of VASE to VUSTA.2. The 3rd International Conference on Material, Machines, and Methods for Sustainable Development MMMS2022 will be held in Can Tho Province in November 2022. The event will be hosted by the Vietnam Association for Science Editing (VASE) in collaboration with Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Nam Can Tho University (NTU), Kyungpook National University (KNU-Korea), Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT: Japan), Vietnam Federation of Mechanical Engineering Associations (VFMEA), and the Council of Asian Science Editors (CASE).3. In collaboration with VUSTA and other Vietnamese associations, scientific conferences and seminars on improving editing capabilities will be organized.4. Promoting collaborations among the different scientific committees to select new projects and theses.5.
